Love the Rain Socks Knitting Kit

We are used to a little rain here in the UK, but might not love it. However, we forget that you cannot find a rainbow without a little rain, so why not show the weather some love with these fun and colourful socks!
They are knitted from the cuff down, with a simple clouds and raindrop colourwork motif, bright rainbow stripes through the foot and a sunshine toe. They are made with a heel flap and gusset and Kitchener stitch to graft the toe, using either Double Pointed needles or Circular needles and the Magic Loop technique.
 

The pattern is written for 3 sizes, small (UK 5-6), medium (UK 6-7) and large (UK 7-8), but is very easily customizable to fit your own foot. As you're knitting from the cuff down, you can slip your work over your foot to check the fit of the leg, heel and foot as you go. There is enough yarn in the kit to make one pair up to size Large.

The kit is supplied in a gift box, and includes:

- Full colour printed pattern booklet, with step by step instructions

- All the yarn you need to make one pair of socks (please note colours may vary from images depending on what yarn is available, but will be as close to those shown as possible).

- 3 stitch markers

- A darning needle to sew in the ends

For this project you will need a set of 2.50mm Double Pointed Needles and a sewing up needle.
