West Yorkshire Spinners have been given the opportunity to work with Shetland Island Wool, a fibre celebrated for its fineness, warmth and strength, and were delighted to be given the chance by Jamieson & Smith of Shetland to use this fantastic fleece.
After listening to customer feedback on previous colour ranges including The Croft Shetland Tweed range, they started to develop a palette that would complement the fleece. Selecting key colours from the sophisticated hues of the tweed and balancing them with classic tones, they produced a range that represents the rich heritage of the Shetland Islands.
